Kerrin Duczmal

Kerrin is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years’ experience in the Professional Services Industry. He has successfully grown businesses across diverse international markets, including in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia.

Kerrin first started his accounting career in a Chartered Accounting firm in Brisbane before developing his skillset overseas in London. Spending 4 years in the UK in financial roles, Kerrin progressed his Industry & Commerce capabilities having worked for high-growth service companies.  

He returned to Australia where he developed his strategic and leadership experience across multiple organisations. He also furthered his expertise in setting strategic direction, resource and corporate administration, effective change management, efficiency reviews and communication strategies.

Connecting with businesses and contributing to their growth and success is what Kerrin loves the most, along with developing staff and allowing them to grow and reach their full potential. Kerrin’s ability to overcome challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver tangible results has seen many of the organisations he has worked in flourish and grow.

In his personal time, Kerrin and his wife Elicia lead a busy life caring for two young boys who are active in tennis, soccer, piano, and anything to do with a screen! Kerrin’s family also actively volunteer in a not-for-profit that helps provide food, clothing and other resources for the homeless. In the moments in-between, Kerrin enjoys working in the garden, going for a run or walking ‘Lenny’ the family Spoodle.
