Graeme’s extensive professional experience enables he and his team to deliver a comprehensive service in order to meet his client’s requirements.

Graeme commenced his professional career in Melbourne with a firm that was to be a forerunner of Ernst & Young.  This was followed by diversified experience at manager level with KPMG in Australia, the United Kingdom and the USA.  These positions exposed Graeme to an extensive range of commercial, financial, and taxation experiences across a wide range of industries at public company, private and government enterprise levels.

On returning to Australia, Graeme became a partner at Ernst & Young, rising to the dual positions of National Director of Business Advisory Services and Senior Tax Partner.  In conjunction with these positions, Graeme continued managing a family business client portfolio, focused on meeting the changing needs of private businesses and their families.

Graeme completed his Master of Taxation at Melbourne University in 1998.  He joined Baumgartners in 2001 as a senior consultant, bringing a wealth of experience and taxation expertise to the firm.  His client portfolio encompasses financial services, intellectual property, property development and entertainment industries.  Drawing on his knowledge of Australian and international taxation regimes, Graeme leads his team in dealing with client business structuring, expansion in Australia and overseas, taxation matters and succession planning.

Graeme adopts a close working relationship with his clients and team; promoting team work and exuding dedication, energy and enthusiasm in all his engagements to ensure that the service his clients receive exceed their expectations.
