A Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience and a background in a Top-10 professional services firm, James has built a strong reputation as a trusted adviser to businesses and family groups across a diverse range of industries, including property development, retail, hospitality, agriculture and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients ranging from small family-owned enterprises to large corporate groups and high-net-worth private groups with complex structures.

Since joining Baumgartners, James has played a key role in helping clients navigate taxation compliance, strategic tax planning, business structuring, cash flow forecasting and budgeting. His collaborative approach and ability to develop long-term relationships have made him a valued adviser to both business owners and their families.
